What color are your cabinets? They are Pashmina by Benjamin Moore. The island is rift sawn white oak with a provincial stain.

What brand are your kitchen cabinets? Did you paint them yourself or come finished? They are custom cabinets. Ben and I designed every inch and the local cabinet maker created them in his shop. We actually HAVE painted kitchen cabinets ourselves before! Check out this blog post for a dramatic before & after and how we did it!
What is the material of your countertops? The island is honed granite in Negressco. And the perimeter and slab backsplash are quartz; Calcutta Classique by MSI.
Island dimensions? 40” by 75″
Do you feel like you have enough counter space on each side of your oven while cooking? No! I do wish I had more space BUT in this case of my uppers coming all the way down, I find the design to be so sweet and old school character that I just deal with the amount of space. I find myself doing everything on the island.
How tall are your cabinets? A little over 5 feet
Size of the smaller cabinets by the stove? 12″ x 13″
Color of your beams? The stain is clear, satin. The wood is white oak.
Where is your microwave? It’s a drawer microwave. It is in my island! Here is a link to the microwave.
